About the role
We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Software Engineer at Aviture, you will work with a cross-functional team to design, develop, test, and deploy innovative solutions to complex business problems. You will actively participate in our agile development process, utilizing effective debugging techniques to identify and resolve software defects. Your responsibilities include:
- Working with a cross-functional team to design, develop, test, and deploy innovative solutions to a wide range of complex business problems
- Actively participating in all aspects of our agile development process
- Utilizing effective debugging techniques to identify and resolve software defects
- Keeping up-to-date on changes in technology, with a focus on the tech stacks used by your team
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to respectfully challenge the status quo
- Experience developing and maintaining large-scale applications using one or more general-purpose programming languages, such as Python, Java, C#, Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Experience with one or more modern frontend technologies, such as ReactJS, AngularJS, or VueJS
- A strong grasp of computer science concepts and proven ability to solve complex technical problems
- A high standard of code quality, maintainability, and performance
