Software Engineer

About the role

Develop device telemetry and data streaming technology as part of a multi-brand agricultural data platform for connected machinery.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor the software team with technical leadership, adherence to development standards and CI/CD - infrastructure decisions.
• Help with technical interviews of future team members.
• Help identify and mitigate risk.
• Attend project related meetings.

Requirements

• 5 years of work experience using CDK Lambda, AWS Cloudwatch, and Confluent.
• 5 years of work experience performing JAVA Programming.
• 5 years of work experience using DevOps such as CI/CD, Jenkins and AWS Code Pipeline.
• 5 years of work experience working in Kafka.
• 3 years of experience working in a Stream Platform with tools such as Flink (may be gained concurrently).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
