About the role
As a Software Engineer, Applications, you will help shape the future of Trusted Content within the Trusted Content & Standards team. You will work with product management, operating segment stakeholders, customer co‑innovation teams, and other Rockwell Automation engineering teams to define, develop, and scale Trusted Content development capabilities and standards that accelerate autonomous operations across design, operations, and maintenance workflows. The role combines strong systems and automation engineering experience with curiosity, collaboration, and execution discipline. You should be comfortable working across ambiguity, distilling organizational knowledge into Trusted Content methods and standards, and turning emerging ideas into repeatable solutions, proofs of concept, and scalable practices that support both internal teams and customer‑facing efforts. You will report to the Engineering Manager, Trusted Content & Standards and work hybrid in Milwaukee or Mequon, WI; Austin, TX; or Mayfield Heights, OH.
