Software Engineer - Android

About the role

The Android Software Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining modern Android applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and the Android SDK. They will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to turn ideas into reliable, scalable Android experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain modern Android applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and the Android SDK
• Work alongside other engineers to ship high quality code and ensure engineering excellence
• Apply modern architectural and design patterns (MVI, Clean Architecture, modularization, etc.)
• Debug, optimize, and improve application performance, stability, and security
• Continuously improve development workflows, tooling, and best practices

Requirements

• Strong experience developing native Android applications
• Solid understanding of MVI and unidirectional data flow
• Experience writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose for building modern UIs
• Experience building or integrating Web3 applications (wallets, blockchain APIs, smart contracts, etc.)
• Experience with WebAuthn, passkeys, or modern authentication and security standards
