Software Engineer - AI Trainer
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to help advance AI development as part of DataAnnotation's coding team. You'll join a growing community of over 100,000 professionals, including front-end, back-end, full-stack, machine learning, and other engineers, working on programming tasks that drive real-world impact in AI. Your work will involve creating and solving challenging coding problems, building functional applications, and synthesizing insights through data analysis and visualization to refine intelligent systems.
Responsibilities
- Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs.
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills.
- A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
- Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, Programmer, or similar role is preferred.

Pay
