Software Engineer, AI/Agents

For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a Software Engineer specializing in AI/Agents to join their team. This role focuses on the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery.

About the role

You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote (US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy core production AI agents for product experience
• Develop features across the technology stack using TypeScript, Node.js, and React
• Evaluate ML/AI solutions for their practicality in product design and reliability
• Thrive in a fast-paced startup by managing ambiguity and driving innovation

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with machine learning and production AI agents
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript development
• Minimum of 2 years in professional software development
