Software Engineer 4

For a leader in the healthcare space, this role leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology growth within healthcare.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and delivery of scalable software solutions
• Utilize AI-assisted engineering tools to enhance quality and productivity
• Review and validate AI outputs for compliance and security standards
• Participate in design reviews and architectural discussions
• Drive technical decisions for complex initiatives from design to production
• Mentor software engineers on best practices and problem-solving strategies
• Own production systems and enhance operational excellence through automation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in building and supporting distributed software applications
• Strong experience with Microsoft .NET/C#, Java, and cloud-native technologies
• Experience designing and implementing scalable APIs and backend services
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and engineering automation
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools to enhance development processes
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively

Pay

$145,000 – $155,000 annually
