Software Engineer 3 - C++/Testing

Captivation Software is seeking a senior-level software engineer to assist with daily responsibilities in support of the mission to protect our country. Our team of engineers takes pride in developing innovative solutions and delivering exactly what customers need in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph (U.S. citizenship required)
• Fifteen (15) years of experience as a Software Engineer (SWE) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university (four (4) years of additional SWE experience may substitute for the degree)

Skills

• Software Test Development Engineering
• Familiarity with SDRs, servers, and other hardware used in the Customer’s test infrastructure
• Proficiency in C++ with some Python and Shell scripting
• CI/CD experience, including modernizing build processes and implementing continuous testing

Benefits

• Annual Salary: $130,000 – $270,000 (depends on years of experience)
• Up to 20% 401k contribution (no matching required; vested from day one)
