Responsibilities

• Guide design and implementation using customer and stakeholder feedback.
• Make small, consistent improvements to the codebase without disrupting product owner needs.
• Understand your squad’s architectural and technical vision.
• Draw abstraction boundaries and design with high cohesion and low coupling.

Requirements

• Foundational engineering skills; experience with specific languages, frameworks, or technologies is not required (these can be learned).
• Current technologies used include:

Pay

Compensation range: USD $73,150.00 - USD $107,744.00 annually. The final offer will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience, consistent with applicable law.

Schedule

Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in a CJ office location.
