Captivation is looking for a mid‑level software engineer who will assist with daily responsibilities, contributing to the mission of protecting our country. Our team of engineers takes pride in what they develop and constantly innovates to provide the best solutions for our customers.
Requirements
- Security Clearance: Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable polygraph; all candidates must be a U.S. citizen.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of experience as a software engineer on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Alternatively, four (4) years of software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for the bachelor's degree.
- This position is open for direct hires only; candidates from third‑party staffing or recruiting firms will not be considered.

Pay
- Annual Salary: $130,000 – $270,000 (depends on years of experience)
- Up to 20% 401(k) contribution (no matching required and vested from day 1)
- Above‑market hourly rates
