Software Engineer 1 (Potential Telework)

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $109,100 – $223,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack Java solutions for data transformation
• Enhance and maintain complex software systems
• Analyze user requirements for performance and design
• Debug software and correct defects
• Design and implement algorithms for system performance
• Integrate software into new or modified systems
• Provide recommendations for software documentation and processes

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly required
• 7 years experience as a Software Engineer in similar programs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4 years of additional software engineering experience can substitute for degree
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Python
• Experience with ETL processes and micro-services framework
• Ability to work in an Agile software environment
