Position Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 3 to 5 developers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance to ensure production of scalable, resilient software solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional Agile teams to align architecture and design decisions with business goals and product strategy.
- Support team members in designing and developing complex applications based on business requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of people management experience with a strong background in application project experience programming languages such as Java, Angular or JavaScript.
- Experience developing a team and managing full project lifecycles.
