We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Job Summary", "What You’ll Do", "What You’ll Bring", "What You’ll Get". Also benefits listed earlier: Benefits Include Financial wellbeing services, 401(K) matching with up to 5% match, Reduced health insurance, Employee wellbeing services, DE&I initiatives, Work-life balance. We need to use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID etc. We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. So we can have sections: Benefits, Job Summary (maybe "About the role"?), Responsibilities (What You’ll Do), Requirements/Qualifications/Skills (What You’ll Bring), maybe "What You’ll Get" could be something like "Impact" but not required. Could map to "Skills" or "Qualifications". We need to decide headings: Use standard headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content for Benefits (list). For Responsibilities: "What You’ll Do" list. For Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: "What You’ll Bring" includes many items: degree, experience, abilities, technical skills. Could split into Requirements (education, experience) and Skills (technical). But we can combine into one section maybe "Requirements". However we need to avoid thin sections. Could have sections: Benefits, Responsibilities, Requirements (including education, experience, skills). Could also have "Qualifications" separate but might be thin. We also have "What You’ll Get" which is more about impact/benefits to employee but not standard heading; could be omitted or placed under Benefits? It's not exactly benefits but more about personal growth. Could be omitted as not matching headings. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we can include sections we have content for: Benefits, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe also Qualifications). We'll decide to have Benefits, Responsibilities, Requirements (covering education, experience, skills). Possibly also "About the role" could be Job Summary. That seems appropriate: "Job Summary" could map to "About the role". So we can have About the role section with the Job Summary paragraph. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits. We must not include Pay or Schedule as not present. Now format: Use

for each heading. Then content: For About the role: a

with the Job Summary paragraph. For Responsibilities:

    • each bullet from "What You’ll Do". Need to preserve all substantive information. The list includes many bullet-like sentences. We'll extract each line starting with a capital letter maybe. Let's list them: - Experience managing, leading, and building high-performing teams. - Lead technology design sessions with team to ensure best practices are delivered. - Effectively provide open and honest feedback via performance reviews and 1-1 conversations. - Maintain a continuous improvement mindset and be a key contributor in annual strategic planning. - Have a passion for innovation and effectively leverage current technology solutions to meet business objectives. - Direct experience with implementing enterprise services and systems. - Manage the annual application refresh planning and execution. That's it. Now Requirements: We need to capture "What You’ll Bring" items. Many bullet-like sentences. Let's extract each distinct item: - BA/BS degree is required. - Five to six (5-6) years job related experience preferred. - Proven ability to support a strong member/customer service culture - Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment - Has worked in multiple languages and platforms and can demonstrate they understand a full stack development experience - Responsive design experience - Develop architectures following MVC (Model View Controller), reusable frameworks - Experience with agile methodologies, such as SCRUM leveraging JIRA for Epics, Stories, Versions and Sprints - Experience with best practices for software deployment such as continuous integration and continuous delivery - Enjoy collaborating with team members and consulting the business stakeholders on optimal solutions - Direct experience with implementing enterprise web services and systems - Oversee system and application design, development, implementation and deployment - Perform regression and unit testing leveraging nUnit and Protractor - Design and develop supporting documentation for applications - Assist end users and troubleshoot system and application issues - Research and recommend software tools - Provide technical consultation and recommendations to assist management with decision making - IOS and Android native application development a plus - Node, js a plus - Always looking to learn and gain new knowledge to solve problems and overcome obstacle - Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned - Critical thinking to ask questions, determine root cause, offer solutions, and help resolve complex problems - Proven ability to support a strong member/customer service culture (duplicate) - Act as a change agent - Perform annual refresh planning for all systems to ensure high quality experience for our membership - Build and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with peers, management, business units, and vendor partners - Utilize effective written and verbal communication with multiple internal and external stakeholders; communicate complex information in user-friendly format - Advanced working knowledge of relational databases and SQL - Advanced working knowledge of technical documentation and architectures - Advanced working knowledge of software development life cycle and relevant milestones; project management methodology - Advanced working knowledge of n-tier architectures - Advanced working knowledge of .NET technologies - Working knowledge of mobile technologies We have duplicates (proven ability to support a strong member/customer service culture appears twice). We should keep only one instance? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplicate lines: we should not remove duplicates? It says remove duplicated lines under boilerplate removal. It says: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove duplicated lines. So we need to deduplicate identical lines. We'll keep one. Now Benefits: list from "Benefits Include": Financial wellbeing services, 401(K) matching with up to 5% match, Reduced health insurance, Employee wellbeing services, DE&I initiatives, Work-life balance. We'll output as
      • each. Now ensure we don't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML fragment:

        About the role

Job Summary The Software Development Manager will Provide direction and leadership to a team of highly skilled Developers that support a diverse ecosystem of vendor applications and systems by partnering closely with business teams. This position will implement software development strategies and administer associated policies, procedures, and processes. They will direct the work of a team responsible for planning, designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications or systems software, which may include web or mobile applications. This position will work closely with the Application Support and Development Manager to manage the software development team through the entire development lifecycle. As a manager of the software engineers, they will apply their knowledge of software development to manage tasks associated with developing, debugging, and designing software applications; build enhancements within an existing software architecture and suggest improvements to the architecture. They will also collaborate with management, project management and other cross-functional management to ensure high quality integrated software solutions in a fast-paced, Agile approach.

But note the Job Summary text starts with "Job Summary". Might be redundant but it's part of content. We'll keep as is. Now Responsibilities:

        Responsibilities

        • Experience managing, leading, and building high-performing teams.
        • Lead technology design sessions with team to ensure best practices are delivered.
        • Effectively provide open and honest feedback via performance reviews and 1-1 conversations.
        • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset and be a key contributor in annual strategic planning.
        • Have a passion for innovation and effectively leverage current technology solutions to meet business objectives.
        • Direct experience with implementing enterprise services and systems.
        • Manage the annual application refresh planning and execution.
Now Requirements: We need to decide if we split into Requirements and Skills. But we can put all in Requirements. However the instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could have Requirements for education/experience, Qualifications for abilities, Skills for technical. But that may create many thin sections. Better to have one Requirements section covering all. But we need to follow instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So one Requirements section is fine. Thus:

        Requirements

        • BA/BS degree is required.
        • Five to six (5-6) years job related experience preferred.
        • Proven ability to support a strong member/customer service culture

        • Advanced working knowledge of n-tier architectures
        • Advanced working knowledge of .NET technologies
        • Working knowledge of mobile technologies
        Now Benefits:

        Benefits

        • Reduced health insurance
        • Employee wellbeing services
        • DE&I initiatives
        • Work-life balance
Check for any leftover boilerplate: The initial paragraph "Software Development Manger More Than A Job! Why do you work each day? ..." includes some fluff. Should we include that? It's part of the posting but not under a heading. It's basically introductory marketing copy. Should we include it? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail.
