Software Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Own critical capabilities spanning intelligent container creation, explainability, textual and visual enrichments, and music enhancement
• Guide architectural decisions for high-scale, low-latency services
• Partner with Applied Scientists, Product, and TPM teams to drive innovation and impact
• Represent the team in technical reviews, operational readiness, and strategic planning

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams
• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 3+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems
• 8+ years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services
• Knowledge of engineering practices for the full software development life cycle
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams
