Responsibilities
- Lead a team designing and building AI primitives and user‑facing services in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ship features from concept through design, implementation, roll‑out, and support.
- Interact with internal and external customers to understand business goals.
- Lead teams that innovate rapidly while delivering high‑quality, ground‑breaking functionality and maintaining a high operational bar.
- Turn IP and code into customer solutions by working quickly with other leaders.
- Drive delivery, roll up sleeves to implement big ideas.
- Grow technical and professional skills while helping AWS advance.
- Tackle challenging operational issues and help customers build next‑generation applications.
- Be productive and have fun with the team.
- Build innovative solutions that help customers visualize and understand AWS applications, making troubleshooting and problem diagnosis easier and more efficient.
Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience
- 7+ years of engineering experience
- 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi‑tier web services
- 3+ years of Software Engineer, Software Developer, or related occupational experience
