Software Development Lead

About the Role

Lead and oversee full lifecycle software development for mission management and planning solutions. Translate system-level requirements into actionable software specifications and robust models. Conduct and drive risk analyses, identify system issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Facilitate and lead code reviews, ensuring alignment with standards and project requirements. Mentor team members and foster knowledge-sharing to cultivate technical growth.

What You'll Need

• At least 5 years of experience in Computer Science fundamentals, object-oriented design, and software patterns
• Expert-level proficiency in Java, C++, or Python for full stack development
• Demonstrated leadership in software projects or teams through the entire development lifecycle
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Top-Secret U.S. Security Clearance with SCI eligibility
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field
