About the role

The Specialty Access & Affordability value stream is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join the FastAuth team. This role involves building and scaling applications that streamline specialty prescription prior authorizations, reducing the time between a prescription being written and a patient starting therapy.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, and/or .NET
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to design and implement Azure cloud solutions
• Help build and maintain our event-driven architecture
• Turn complex business requirements into elegant, simple technical solutions
• Deliver high-quality work at a predictable cadence and help the team sustain it
• Support what you build in production, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
• Participate in agile ceremonies, technical planning, and design reviews

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, and/or .NET
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure
• Working knowledge of event-driven architecture, ideally including Kafka
• A track record of using AI tools effectively in your day-to-day development workflow
• Consistent follow-through on commitments and a bias toward finishing work
• A collaborative approach to software development and problem solving
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve as the product does

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare applications, particularly EHR integrations
• RPA technology
• FHIR standard, SMART on FHIR integrations, and healthcare data exchange
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Contributions to open source projects or developer communities

Pay

$110,300 - $183,800
