Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Responsibilities

• Ensure flawless cutting-edge experiences using existing and emerging automation frameworks.
• Work with Software Architects and Engineers to design, develop, and maintain test automation solutions for effective and efficient test execution.
• Develop and enhance test automation solutions to keep pace with fast-paced Agile delivery and integrate with code delivery and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Design, develop, and implement automated tests in an ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development) setting.
• Write and execute automated tests using Selenium, Cucumber, and Java.
• Deliver test automation solutions in accordance with enterprise standards and within development and operational guidelines.
• Effectively communicate the principles of ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development).
• Perform reviews of automation and application code and present test results to project teams.
• Engineer automated test and metric reporting solutions.
• Develop in-depth system and application knowledge to provide higher test quality and coverage.
• Constantly evaluate and enhance the test automation strategy and approach.
• Collaborate as part of the scrum team in grooming user stories and development of acceptance criteria for the user stories.
• Share and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to staff, business sponsors, managers, and technical resources in clear, concise language appropriate to the target audience.
• Participate in communities of practice to share knowledge, learn, and innovate.
• Research and implement tools that support faster delivery with high quality.

Requirements

• U.S. bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Pay

Minimum salary: $72,550.00 per year.

Schedule

Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Perform development of software applications for client’s various project needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement timely solutions, ensuring the stability and performance of Java applications.
• Take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and UI/UX design to back-end development, testing, and deployment, ensuring a comprehensive end-to-end solution.
• Design and develop flexible interfaces using Java and JavaScript to allow virtual access to applications from multiple platform-independent clients.
• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions for Java-based products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and Agile methodologies.
• Design and develop system components, including Business Logic components (primarily using Java, JavaScript) and User Interface components (primarily using Java, JavaScript, XML/JSON, and other technologies and frameworks).
• Create and maintain test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of Java applications, adhering to company coding guidelines and standards.
• Maintain and test existing software applications.
• Conduct periodic Unit, System, Integration, and Regression testing.
• Responsible for the creation of automated testing tools using a mixture of software technologies.
• Actively engage in knowledge-sharing sessions within the development team, conducting technical training to enhance the skill set of team members.

Requirements

• U.S. bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Alternatively, a U.S. bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computing, Information Technology, or a related field with two years of experience in executing software solutions, solving technical issues with SQL, Java, and JavaScript.

Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather organizational information and organize it based on the problem that needs to be solved, following various procedures for improvement.
• Confer with concerned personnel about newly implemented systems to ensure successful functioning or coordination of business operations.
