Responsibilities
- Contribute to the software development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance.
- Projects may involve many aspects of applied systems analysis, software testing, quality assurance, DevOps, data analysis.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand their needs and design solutions that accelerate all phases of vehicle development, testing, and operations.
- Troubleshoot and fix software issues at multiple levels, including both server-side and client side.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a BS Degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Will have earned their degree within the last year and able to start by Fall 2027.
- Experience with a modern, object-oriented language such as Java, C#, C++, Python, etc.
- Applying computer science fundamentals like data structures and algorithms.
- Solving problems by writing efficient, working code.
- Utilizing source control such as git.
- Relevant internship/co-op and/or hands-on experience that demonstrate development of both technical skills as well as leadership qualities.
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset.
- Self-driven with the ability to seek out requirements with minimal direction.
Desired
- Advanced degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with on-premises and cloud-based infrastructures, particularly AWS.
- Experience with modern development tools and practices such as git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with rich user experience development in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React.
- Experience developing and testing real-time embedded systems, vehicle or industrial control systems, gaming systems, device drivers, or mobile devices.
Base Pay Range
- CA applicants: $110,623.00 – $154,871.85
- CO applicants: $101,405.00 – $141,966.30
- WA applicants: $110,623.00 – $154,871.85
- Other site ranges may differ
