About the role
The DcsHostMonitoring team within DC BRIDGE builds systems that process data and alarm on anomalies for internal customers, data center operations engineers. This role requires a combination of software development skills and a deep understanding of data center operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop systems to process and alarm on anomalies in data center telemetry signals
- Collaborate with data center operations engineers to understand and improve system performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards for safety and security
- Implement and maintain large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
- 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience, 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience, 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl, Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
