AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. Responsibilities
- Own next-generation CPU and Memory components used in servers across AWS
- Interact with internal and external interdisciplinary teams of engineers to design, develop, validate, launch, monitor and troubleshoot at large scale
- Provide leadership in the application of new technologies to servers in a continuous effort to deliver and improve a world-class customer experience
- Work with thought leaders in multiple technology areas
- Constantly look for ways to improve security, performance, quality, and cost
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Pay
- USA, CA, Cupertino: 165,200.00 - 223,600.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Seattle: 143,700.00 - 194,400.00 USD annually
Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
