Software Development Consultant - CTJ - TS/SCI

Responsibilities

• Contribute as a Cloud Engineering or delivery team supporting Microsoft Federal customers
• Aid in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software components and services
• Develop and enhance backend services or APIs using supported languages and frameworks under guidance
• Support integration with Azure services such as storage, messaging, and identity components
• Participate in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
• Afford assistance with troubleshooting and resolving development, build, or environment issues
• Follow established secure coding standards and development best practices
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team ceremonies
• Learn and apply cloud-native and containerized development patterns over time
• Document work and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field 1+ year(s) work experience in relevant area of business OR equivalent experience.
• Other Requirements: Security Clearance Requirements: Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government TOP SECRET/SCI Security Clearance.

• Technology Consulting IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $77,900 - $156,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $169,200 per year.
