About the role

We are seeking skilled Software Developers to support an innovative project focused on training next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required—your software development and coding expertise are what matter.

In this role, you will create Reinforcement Learning Environments that test AI models on practical software engineering problems, including debugging code, building features, and developing clean, reliable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear code samples, debugging approaches, and software engineering solutions.
• Work with Python3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and logic errors across different codebases.
• Build small to medium-sized features using clean and maintainable coding practices.
• Create reproducible environments and golden reference solutions for software engineering problems.
• Refactor and improve existing code for better readability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Document technical reasoning, development approaches, and code decisions to support AI training data quality.
• Review peer-contributed code and technical submissions for correctness, quality, and clarity.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 1+ years of hands-on development experience with at least one of the following:
  • Python3
  • Java
  • Rust
  • Go
  • C++
  • TypeScript
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to debug real-world code, identify root causes, and implement clean solutions.
• Comfortable working across different codebases and learning unfamiliar technologies.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain technical decisions and problem-solving approaches.
• Interest in or curiosity about AI and emerging technologies is a plus.
