Job Responsibilities

• Analyze, Design, Develop business applications.
• Gather requirements to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems.
• Customization of existing system.
• Analyze and evaluate present or proposed business procedures.
• Configuration of the system.
• Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes.
• Functional design, internal QA, user acceptance testing, and end user training.
• Select among authorized procedures and seek assistance when guidelines are inadequate, significant deviations are proposed, or when unanticipated problems arise.
• Maintain compatibility between systems.
• Write and maintain system documentation.
• Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current system.
• Use object-oriented programming languages, client and server applications development processes, ERP system, multimedia and Internet technology.
• Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.
• Provide staff and users with assistance solving computer related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems.
