About the role
This position requires a U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret (TS)/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Responsibilities
- Backend development experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow, including Glide.
- ServiceNow developer certification, preferably CSA.
- Supporting best practices in workflow and process management across commercial and federal sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with industry partners.
- Efficiently estimating work effort requirements and communicating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Public speaking skills and professional demeanor required.
- Experience with Scrum and Agile frameworks, including task management, stand-ups, sprint reviews, requirement gathering, and documentation creation.
- Must be available on-site during core hours of 0900-1500.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field with 6+ years of related experience, or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience, or Associates degree with 8+ years of experience.
- Extensive experience with backend development using JavaScript and ServiceNow, including Glide.
- ServiceNow developer certification, preferably Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Experience supporting best practices in workflow and process management across both commercial and federal sectors.
Qualifications
- Strong public speaking skills and professional demeanor required.
Skills
- Configuration Management experience and certifications.
- Graphics design or UX/UI design experience.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and Jelly scripting.
