Software Developer - Testing Tools/Automation/Performance

About the role

This is a contract position based in Columbus, OH (Contract/W2/C2C), focusing on automation and performance testing tools. The role involves leading automation architecture efforts, working with a variety of technologies, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for automation modernization and migration programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define migration priorities and roadmaps.
• Lead migration activities, ensuring alignment with milestones and objectives.
• Design and establish automation architecture frameworks and standards.
• Conduct technical assessments and architecture reviews.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in Test Automation and Quality Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in Automation Architecture.
• Strong expertise in automation technologies and frameworks.
• Experience in building automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Pay

$26-36 per hour
