Software Developer - Senior

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Act as the Sustainment Lead or sustainment-focused subject matter expert.
- Apply advanced expertise in sustainment lifecycle management to support program and project operations.
- Review business application requirements and design specifications across functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts.
- Create block diagrams and logic flowcharts to support software design and development.
- Convert detailed design specifications into functioning software solutions.
- Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and refine software to deliver required functionality.
- Develop required documentation, including materials for both program-level and end-user audiences.
- Improve software performance by reducing processing time and increasing operational efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance to programmers to support timely completion of program milestones.
- Create or update procedures to address complex problems while accounting for system capacity, equipment limitations, processing time, and desired output requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience.
- Expert experience and knowledge of sustainment lifecycle management activities for programs and project operations.
- Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models.
- Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
- Experience developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models.
- Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development.
- Experience as an application programmer on large-scale DBMS, knowledge of computer equipment, and ability to develop complex software to satisfy design objectives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Secret – IT II (Tier 3) Non-Critical Sensitive Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).

Pay
Target salary range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined based on the individual’s education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract parameters, and organizational requirements.
Schedule
- Day shift, Monday – Friday.
- May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
- Hybrid work environment: Must be available to periodically support meetings in the Mechanicsburg, PA metropolitan area.
- Up to 10% travel may be required.
