About the role

The Productivity Engineer will be responsible for optimizing software development processes using high-performance computing resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new tools and workflows to enhance productivity in software development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and IT staff to identify and address bottlenecks in the development process
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure optimal use of HPC resources

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development or a related field
• Experience with HPC systems and tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools
