Software Developer - Production Data Engineering

About the role

Susquehanna is looking for a Production Data Engineer to join the Data Engineering team within the Options group. In this role, you will be on the front lines helping to improve the quality of data delivery, storage, and development while collaborating across multiple development and quantitative groups. This will give you the opportunity to be part of the entire lifecycle of strategy development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline or its foreign equivalent.
• Experience in Linux or Windows systems administration – work in a medium to large-enterprise server environment is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for working with data, especially large sets of data. Strong aesthetics for cleanliness and correctness in data.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
