About the role

Full Visibility is seeking a Software Developer (.Net/C#) to work in Quantico, VA in a hybrid role supporting a Federal customer. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance. Individuals selected will be subject to Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examinations based on assignment after their start date and must maintain required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout employment.

The Software Engineer (.Net/C#) will design, develop, and support Windows-based applications using modern .NET and C# technologies while contributing to software projects in large production environments. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop scalable, maintainable solutions, integrate applications with backend systems, and ensure efficient data management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or 6+ years of equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience developing Windows applications using C# and .NET Framework 4.0 or later.
• Experience supporting software development projects in production environments.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio 2012 or later.
• Experience using distributed version control systems, including Git and Mercurial.
• Familiarity with package management and repository-based development workflows.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to design, develop, and integrate software solutions.
• Ability to develop applications that efficiently read from and write to relational databases.
• Experience integrating internal and external software components into enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles, application architecture, and software design best practices.
• Experience implementing the MVVM design pattern or similar architectural patterns in production environments.
• Active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance (required).

Pay

A reasonable salary range for this position is $140,000–$190,000, determined by local market conditions and candidate qualifications, including skills, education, and experience.
