Software Developer - InfoTrack Exchange, ServeManager

Responsibilities

• Develop new products and features for existing applications.
• Work closely with the management team to improve products and meet product roadmap deadlines.
• Analyze user needs and workflows to create easy-to-use interfaces.
• Test code before deployment.
• Update and maintain RESTful API endpoints.
• Create back-end code and integrate with third-party APIs, including Stripe, Maxio, and industry APIs.
• Maintain existing code and resolve bugs.
• Review code developed by other team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• 5+ years of experience in full stack web application development
• 5+ years' experience with JavaScript - Stimulus and Turbo
• Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)
• Demonstrated ability to review, validate, and refine AI-generated code to production quality
• Experience with agentic workflows - delegating multi-step features to tools like Claude Code
• Knowledge of open-source projects and frameworks
• Good communication skills and ability to work with a team
• Meticulous QA and testing

About The Role

This is a hybrid role, with in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at our Denver office. Compensation This role offers a competitive compensation range of $75,000 to $135,000, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
