About the Role

This is a 100% on-site position. Remote work and relocation assistance are not offered.

As a Software Developer III, you will lead the development and support of Life and Annuity policy administration systems for W&S agencies. You will design, build, test, and implement software to drive business growth, enhance processes, and create high-impact solutions. Collaboration, innovation, and delivering high-quality software are central to this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and support of Life and Annuity policy administration systems.
• Design, build, test, and implement software solutions using IBM Mainframe Z operating systems and related technologies.
• Drive business growth by creating innovative, high-impact solutions.
• Enhance processes and deliver tangible value to business partners.
• Collaborate with teams in a culture of support, open communication, and teamwork.
• Expand skills with additional platforms and tools beyond mainframe technologies.
