Key Responsibilities

• Developing PowerApps Canvas and Model-Driven apps with a focus on user experience and functionality
• Building scalable, enterprise mobile solutions using best practices within Power Platform community
• Creating and integrating custom connectors, leveraging multiple out-of-the-box connectors and APIs
• Re-engineering legacy applications into PowerApps solutions for improved efficiency and usability
• Designing and interpreting database models (MySQL, SQL Server)
• Addressing security vulnerabilities and supporting system security compliance
• Integrating Power BI reports and dashboards to enhance data visualization
• Managing project timelines, performing testing, and delivering high-quality solutions on schedule
• Communicating technical designs and project updates effectively to stakeholders
• Supporting cross-team collaboration across app development, IT operations, and security

Top Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for degree)
• 3-5 years of experience developing Canvas and Model-Driven PowerApps with a focus on user experience
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365, Power Automate (Flow), Azure API integrations, and Office365 services
• Proficiency in SQL, database design, and data gateway configuration
• Hands-on experience re-engineering legacy processes (InfoPath, SharePoint Designer workflows) into PowerApps and Flow
• Experience working in Agile environments, managing multiple projects, and delivering solutions on tight timelines
• Certifications in PowerApps Developer and Microsoft Flow are highly preferred
• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
