About the role

We are seeking an Engineer-Software Development to join our team. This role involves designing, prototyping, and developing applications for Marketing, AI Platform, and Analytics, integrating AI-driven initiatives into our core platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with various stakeholders including Customer Marketing, Customer Strategy, Customer Reporting, and Analytics for technical design and development lifecycle.
  • Follow Agile methodologies to gather information from stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and subject matter experts to analyze business needs and document requirements.
  • Leverage a modern, AI-assisted SDLC to accelerate the design, prototyping, development, and testing of various marketing and software programs.
  • Partner with businesses to identify requirements and determine the design and rapid prototyping of AI-driven marketing and operational systems.
  • Develop rapid prototypes, platform designs, and testing frameworks to ensure alignment with business needs and requirements for Marketing AI Strategic Initiatives.
  • Build robust data pipelines to access different systems and connect disparate data—ingesting, logically joining, and assembling datasets ready for marketing applications, reporting, data analytics, and AI modeling.
  • Utilize an AI-based SDLC to accelerate development, leveraging advanced tools like Cursor, Claude, and other AI coding assistants.
  • Develop and build/testing platforms utilizing advanced prompt engineering, leveraging AI tools for complex problem-solving, and integrating marketing tools, insight generation platforms by developing a variety of AI agents.
  • Develop, build, and test final platforms to ensure seamless integration, high availability, and sustained performance across all marketing and analytics architectures.
  • Design and implement a unified testing framework for intelligent data testing AI-driven CI/CD data pipelines, utilizing machine learning to automate quality checks, monitor for data anomalies, and automation using Agentic AI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
  • Experience using AI-based SDLC tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Antigravity) and functional design for marketing or technical projects.
  • Experience in one or more scripting or programming languages relevant to AI and marketing automation.
  • Experience with Python, API integrations, RESTful services, and AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience in creating rapid AI prototypes, system design and flow diagrams.
  • Experience in open source, microservices, and distributed computing technologies, such as NoSQL, Kafka, Cassandra and AWS/GCP services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in prompt engineering, AI-driven problem solving, and integrating large language models (LLMs) into functional business workflows.
  • Experience in accessing different enterprise systems, connecting disparate data sources, and performing advanced data analytics.
  • Good knowledge of modern marketing systems, tools, and MarTech architectures.
  • Experience in MarTech and Adtech technology stack with in-depth knowledge of the platform and tool used to drive the use case deliverables.
  • Experience in analytical tools for campaign management and measuring the effectiveness of the program.
  • Experience in data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing connecting siloed data for marketing insights, and generating actionable analytics.
  • Proficiency in building/operating highly available systems for data extraction, ingestion, and processing using AI tools.
  • Knowledge of best practices for AI-augmented development methodologies, process re-engineering, process modeling, and strategic marketing platform development.
  • Knowledge of modern data platforms and databases, including GCP BigQuery, ODS, Cassandra and Snowflake.
  • Experience in using analytics and marketing platforms such as Quantummetrics, ContentSquare, Tealium.
  • Experience in Data, Identify and Audience Management solutions / platforms.
