Software Developer

About the Role

The Ash Group is hiring a Software Developer for our client, a world-renowned telecommunications company providing the technology and equipment that enables global mobile connectivity and 4G/5G networks. This is a 4-month contract position working in Plano, TX (Onsite).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/automation solutions to streamline business processes and workflows.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs using JSON.
• Develop dynamic, responsive frontend interfaces and dashboards.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation processes and overall application performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience with Python, SQL databases or Snowflake, Flask, Pandas, JSON, and React.
• Experience building backend applications and REST APIs using Flask.
• Strong understanding of SQL or Snowflake, with experience working with structured data and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Experience with version control systems.
• Experience with Azure Foundry (Azure OpenAI and Document Intelligence).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices.
• Experience with RPA and Power Automate.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and process improvement.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new technologies.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
• Experience with YAML-based configuration and infrastructure automation.
• Strong communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Pay

Up to $61/hr W2
