What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain backend services that support EHR integrations
• Contribute to onboarding new integrations and improving operational reliability
• Collaborate closely with product managers on solution design and delivery
• Pair regularly with teammates and participate in code reviews
• Own and deliver well-scoped features with guidance from senior engineers
• Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly with the team

Minimum Qualifications

• Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Typically a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong (4+ years) hands-on experience building backend services.
• Proficiency in C# and TypeScript.
• Experience (4+ years) with Ruby, React, and JavaScript (legacy/supporting systems).
• Experience working with Kafka or similar event-driven / messaging platforms.
• Experience designing, building, or supporting system integrations.
• Ability to produce maintainable, high-quality code.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Critical Skills (Must Have)

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong (4+ years) hands-on experience building backend services.
• Proficiency in C# and TypeScript.
• Experience (4+ years) with Ruby, React, and JavaScript (legacy/supporting systems).
• Experience working with Kafka or similar event-driven / messaging platforms.
• Experience designing, building, or supporting system integrations.
• Ability to produce maintainable, high-quality code.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Pay Range

$110,300 - $183,800
