Software Developer

Location: US (Remote) – independent contractor (C2C) rate US $65–$70/hr.

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with 13+ years of hands-on experience to build scalable backend services, REST APIs, microservices, and data-streaming clients.

Requirements

• 13+ years of strong hands-on Java & Spring Boot experience (required)
• Strong experience developing Python-based APIs (required)
• Strong cloud and cloud-native application development (required)
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services
• Hands-on experience writing clients for data streaming technologies
• Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data integration
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and modern DevOps practices
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
