Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and system components
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, security, and consistency
- Integrate applications with third-party APIs, databases, and internal systems
- Support deployments, updates, and ongoing system maintenance
- Contribute to process improvements, technical standards, and documentation
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#, Java)
- Experience with web or application development frameworks
- Strong understanding of databases and data structures (SQL and/or NoSQL)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Experience with debugging, testing, and performance optimization
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a support services, MSP, or operations-focused environment
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations
- Understanding of security best practices and data protection
