About the role
This position requires a U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret (TS)/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Responsibilities
- Extensive backend development experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow, including Glide.
- ServiceNow developer certification, preferably Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Understanding and support of best practices in workflow and process management across commercial and federal sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to team with industry partners.
- Efficient estimation of work effort requirements and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong public speaking skills and professional demeanor.
- Experience in scrum and agile frameworks, including task management, stand-ups, sprint reviews, requirement gathering, and documentation creation.
- Must remain on-site during core hours of 0900-1500.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, or Master’s degree with 4 years of experience, or Associates degree with 8 years of experience.
Qualifications
