Software Developer - ADL

Aluminum Dynamics Programmer to work with a variety of in-house built programs. Will work to maintain in-house built PowerBuilder and Web based programs, as well as new development. Will work and have direct communication with multiple different user groups and divisions. Build, modify, and support internal business applicationsWrite, test, debug, and document codeWork directly with users to gather requirements and come up with solutionsParticipate in code reviews and testingHelp track work and deliver features through completionBachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent experienceReal-world experience as a software developerWorking knowledge of modern web frameworks React and/or BlazorAbility to write reliable, maintainable codeComfortable working with users and teammates in a fast-moving environment Preferred .NET / C# experienceDatabase and T-SQL experienceExperience in enterprise or manufacturing environmentsWillingness to learn new tools and technologiesStrong problem-solving skills and good UI/UX instincts Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers.
