Software Developer | $65/hr Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate, review, and debug code and technical content generated by advanced AI models across various engineering problems.
• Assess the quality of AI outputs for correctness, efficiency, scalability, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Work through system design and complex algorithmic challenges to push model capabilities forward.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve the model's logic and engineering judgment.
• Work completely independently and asynchronously, following detailed technical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on coding experience in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, Go), with a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Proven experience writing, reviewing, and debugging production-level code.
• Strong written communication skills and a high attention to detail.
