About the role

BMA is seeking a Software Developer to support the AMPS effort within the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The role involves resolving software problems, responding to improvement suggestions, leading projects, developing software user manuals, and directing the work of other software developers on the team.

Responsibilities

• Resolve problems with software and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
• Act as team leader on projects.
• Participate in the development of software user manuals.
• Instruct, assign, direct, and check the work of other software developers on the development team.
• Develop application/process automation software based on BPMN models using tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc.

Requirements

• Five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models.
• Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment.
• Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development.
• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority (DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level I).
