Software Deployment Specialist

About the role

Delaware Nation Industries is seeking a Software Deployment Specialist to provide comprehensive Client Management Support Services for IRS Criminal Investigation. This role supports the effective management, deployment, maintenance, testing, and disposition of government technology assets across domestic and international locations, ensuring operational readiness, service quality, compliance, and continuous support for mission-critical business activities.

Responsibilities

• Design, package, test, and deploy enterprise software using tools such as MECM and Intune.
• Lead complex deployments and troubleshooting efforts.
• Develop automation and deployment standards.
• Ensure compliance with security and configuration requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high deployment success and SLA performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.

Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise experience with MECM and/or Intune.
• Experience with advanced software packaging.
• Experience with automation.
• Experience with large-scale troubleshooting.
• Relevant certifications are preferred but not required.
• Ability to hold/obtain U.S. government security clearance.
