Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various teams throughout customer engagement
  • Manage execution of service agreements and reduce resolution time
  • Ensure best practices are adhered to within customer environments
  • Deliver consistent service levels and manage escalations
  • Coordinate technical changes and upgrades for software deployments

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in CommandCenter Software or Mobile Video Deployment
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and design
  • Familiarity with Agile project management and software deployment
  • Ability to manage service agreements and escalation processes
  • Proficiency in building value-added relationships with customers
