Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various teams throughout customer engagement
- Manage execution of service agreements and reduce resolution time
- Ensure best practices are adhered to within customer environments
- Deliver consistent service levels and manage escalations
- Coordinate technical changes and upgrades for software deployments
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in CommandCenter Software or Mobile Video Deployment
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design
- Familiarity with Agile project management and software deployment
- Ability to manage service agreements and escalation processes
- Proficiency in building value-added relationships with customers
