Software Consultant - (Hybrid - Norman, OK / US Citizens Only)

PCI Energy Solutions is a thriving global company whose software helps protect the environment and lower utility bills by optimizing energy and utility company operations. The company is hiring across the U.S. with headquarters in Norman, OK and international offices in Peru and Mexico. This Software Consultant – Associate position reports to the Norman, OK office on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Provide expert advice on software solutions and strategies to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and architect software solutions that align with client goals, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Manage and coordinate software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Participate in hands‑on software development, contributing to coding, testing, and debugging activities.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance development processes.
• Provide training and support to clients on implemented solutions, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and maximizing software benefits.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for software solutions for internal teams and clients.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or active progress toward PMP certification, is a plus.
• Availability to work at the Norman office (Oklahoma) on a hybrid schedule.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
