About the role
As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing specialized technical support to our clients. You will work remotely and manage your own schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and online chat
- Document client interactions and issues for future reference
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with remote work and managing one's own schedule
