Main Purpose of the Role
Investigate customer-reported software issues for mobile and web applications to ensure product quality, reliability, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate software-related customer complaints for mobile and web applications.
- Reproduce reported issues through testing and troubleshooting and document findings accurately and timely.
- Analyze trends, identify recurring issues, and escalate potential risks as needed.
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, Product, and other stakeholders to support issue resolution and process improvements.
- Support development of investigation methods, test strategies, and complaint readiness activities for new product launches and updates.
- Ensure compliance with procedures, quality requirements, and audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience & Skills: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and are preferred. 1-2 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or a related field. This can also have been obtained via a previous internship.
- Hands-on experience testing native mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms, as well as web applications. Prefered experience writing and executing test cases but open to candidates without test experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple and changing priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience in handling customer complaints or investigations.
- Experience working in a regulated environment (medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or similar).
- Familiarity with GMP, quality systems, or regulated software development practices.
