Qualifications

• 84 months experience supporting Filenet, resolving product issues with enterprise teams, configuring IBM WebSphere and IBM Content Navigator application environments in Windows and Linux.
• 84 months experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration, including development of secure SOAP/RESTful web services.
• 84 months experience in Oracle 19c designing relational databases, data modeling & deployment of SQL objects, PL/SQL coding and debugging, creating stored procedures & packages, triggers, and writing & testing complex SQL queries.
• 84 months experience deploying and supporting the IBM/FileNet Content Process Engine (CPE).
• 72 months experience developing and implementing tiered .NET applications leveraging ASP.NET, ASPOSE, HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and CSS to build responsive user interfaces.
• 84 months experience working directly with customers to identify business processes, rules, and application user requirements; utilizing ITSM ServiceNow for product incidents and service request management.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
