Responsibilities
- Manage talent acquisition and human resources functions
- Place IT professionals with Government and Commercial clients throughout the United States
- Participate in all aspects of recruiting training for new recruiters in multiple locations
- Help one staffing firm achieve #19 on the INC. 500 list
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and relevant experience in talent acquisition and human resources.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing talent acquisition and human resources functions
- Proven ability to place IT professionals with Government and Commercial clients
- Experience in recruiting training for new recruiters
- Experience achieving high rankings on industry lists
