Responsibilities

  • Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.
  • Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
  • Supports IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
  • Identifies, diagnoses and resolves problems at both Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) levels.
  • Communicates status updates to agency management and internal customers regarding escalated issues.
  • Supports the dispatch system and hardware problems, remaining involved in the resolution process.
  • Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems, installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components, and implements operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • TS/SCI with polygraph required
  • Ten (10) years experience as a Software Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional Software Administrator experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Pay

Compensation Range: $114,378.56 - $164,378.56

Compensation includes other indirect financial components designed to support employees' total well-being, which should be considered when evaluating our competitive benefits package. These monetary benefits include medical insurance, life insurance, disability, paid time off, maternity/paternity leave, 401(k) company match, training/education reimbursements and other work/life programs.
